Please note that Customer Support personnel only have access to the same database. Please try other email
addresses you may have used for registration if you cannot locate your orders with your initial search.
NOTE: If you purchased your products from the Palm Software Connection (Palm Store) you will not be
able to look up your order here, upgrade, or request a DeviceID change, as they do not provide
us with customer email addresses. Furthermore, Palm requires that we direct all customer inquiries
for products purchased from their store back to them at Palm.com.
