Yes. We recommend using the same HotSync User Name when purchasing a new device, as this will allow you to use your existing registration keys.
However, for one small processing fee, you may request that we generate new registraton keys for all your registered products. The fee covers our costs to look up, verify, and process these requests.
You may request this at most once per calendar year by visiting our Customer Database Page.
Make sure all keys are listed under the same email address as any missing ones will not be regenerated. You may change the email addresses associated with individual orders on the same page listed above.
